SYLOTHIX® ST-51 is an advanced thickening and stabilizing agent developed by JRS USA for incorporation into adhesives, putties, sealants, coatings, paints, sealants, and more. Composed of fine synthetic polyethylene fibers, it has a fiber length of 400 µm and a density of 0.95 g/cm³.

Overview
SYLOTHIX® ST-51 from JRS USA, is a high-quality, synthetic, high-density polyethylene fiber additive designed to improve the viscosity, stability, and strength of systems when incorporated into epoxy, polyester, polyurethane, bitumen, or PVC. It provides advanced thickening and stabilization for formulations, easily mixing into systems with less dust creation for improved processing and occupational safety. Upon incorporation into liquid or paste systems, it provides very efficient viscosity increase and mechanical reinforcement in paints, coatings, adhesives, sealants, putties, tapes, stains, glues, and more.
