Overview
VITACEL® LC-201 is a premium-quality cellulose fiber containing 99.5% dietary fiber content. As a functional nutritional plant fiber, it provides exceptional nutritional and functional benefits to a wide range of applications with a neutral odor and flavor. VITACEL® LC-201 can increase the dietary fiber content of nutritional formulations such as animal feed and food applications while providing extremely good tolerance for digestive systems. VITACEL® LC-201 can also be used in cosmetics applications as a softener, texturizer, and specialty ingredient.
