TraSys® 818
TraSys® 818 is a fluorochemical mold release coating for hot mold applications that provides superior durability, antistick properties, a clean surface, and no oil residuals.
TraSys® 818 is a fluorochemical mold release coatings for rubbers, plastics, epoxy, and plastic laminates. As a mold release coating, TraSys® 818 offers high-temperature capabilities while being clean, nonoily, nonstaining, and chemically inert. TraSys® 818 mold release agent offers rotational, compression, transfer, and injection molding processes that utilize rubber compounds, fluoropolymers, and silicone. When appropriately incorporated, TraSys® 818 won't interfere post-finishing operations and exhibits outstanding durability and antistick properties.
