Overview
TraSys® WB400 RotoFlow™is a newly developed product from Stoner for low VOC formulations. TraSys® WB400 RotoFlow™ prevents voids around inserts, threads, and deep cavities in rotational molds. It also prevents pinholes bridging, thinning, blowholes, and static lines in the rotational molding of polyolefins, nylons, and crosslinked parts.
The use of TraSys® WB400 RotoFlow™ is effortless. Shake the can until you hear the ball inside break free or rattle and repeat shaking after each application. Ensure that the internal mold surface is clean before use and for best results, mold temperature should be at least 110° F (43° C).
