Overview
Stoner TraSys® 4000 Rotoflow™ is a high-efficiency mold coating for rotomolded polyolefin and nylon resins. By enhancing resin flow, TraSys® 4000 Rotoflow™ fills voids around inserts, tight radii, threads, and deep cavities in molds. This improves the operational performance of the resulting part and removes pinholes, bridging, thinning, and static lines from the surface for a better appearance. Stoner TraSys® 4000 Rotoflow™ was designed for ease of use, environmental safety, and enhanced mold release properties. Stoner TraSys® RotoFlow™ does not contain Class I or II ozone-depleting substances, CFC or HCFC propellants, or chlorinated solvents.
