Potassium sorbate and sorbic acid are preservatives available in food and pharmaceutical grades. These high-quality sorbates can be used in food, beverages, pet food, personal care products, prescription pharmaceuticals, over-the-counter products, and plant fertilizers.

Nutrinova® Sorbates Produce Clear Solutions

Due to a special drying process, Nutrinova® Sorbates have no oxidation and a neutral smell without traces of ethanol or acetone. In comparison to competitor samples, Nutrinova® Sorbates are clear, with no dark yellow discoloration of the fresh solution. The color of the competitor‘s potassium sorbates indicates the presence of soluble impurities.
