TrusTec® Toluene Standard Fuel 96.9 is a primary reference fuel that meets the requirements outlined in ASTM D-2699 and ASTM D-2700 for fuel analysis. The reference fluid is a blend of 74.3% toluene, 21.3% n-heptane, and 5.3% isooctane, and is intended to be used to calibrate knock engines to determine octane rating.
