TrusTec® Diesel Secondary Reference Fuel U-36 is a secondary reference fuel with an average cetane value of 20.08 for use in ASTM D-613 testing.
TrusTec® Diesel Secondary Reference Fuel U-36 from Chevron Phillips Chemical is a premium reference fuel for cetane testing. When used alongside TrusTec® Reference Fuel T-36, it measures the period between injection and ignition under ASTM D-613 test methods.
Results from ASTM Subcommitee D02.01 calibration testing are performed by the Diesel NEG Group for TrusTec® Diesel Secondary Reference Fuel U-36.
