Overview
BONDERITE® L-FG 182 ACHESON (previously known as DELTAFORGE 182) is a unique dispersion of graphite in water that performs as a billet coating and lubricant for hot die forging and extruding operations. It is compatible with a wide range of metal alloys and remains stable, resisting breakdown and decomposition when exposed to temperatures in excess of 989°C (1800°F). The high performance of BONDERITE® L-FG 182 ACHESON allows for improved part quality, better release, longer die life, and less costly scrap and rework.

Problems Solved
