BONDERITE^® L-CA RH 200 (also known as ACHESON RH-200) is a high-quality, water-based graphite dispersion with excellent release performance in aluminum permanent mold casting. The soft, black paste is formulated with water, silica, and solid graphite particles. It forms a smooth, continuous film for extended wear. BONDERITE^® L-CA RH 200 should be diluted with water and applied via standard spraying techniques for best results. A recommended starting dilution ratio is 1:4 product to water. The mold surface area should be cleaned prior to application and preheated to at least 200°F (93°C) to ensure fast evaporation and good coating adhesion.
