BONDERITE^® L-FG 658 ACHESON (previously known as DELTAFORGE 658) is a water-based, graphite die lubricant engineered for hot forging and extruding ferrous metals. The lubricant is extremely stable at high temperatures up to 700°F without sacrificing critical lubricity performance for high-movement operations. The lubricant is designed with a proprietary binder system to prevent separation and settling in the concentrate and maintain consistent performance. BONDERITE^® L-FG 658 ACHESON also prevents deposit buildup on the die to improve part quality and prolong die life.
