Overview
BONDERITE® L-FG F 31 ACHESON (previously known as DELTAFORGE F-31) is the world’s most widely used die lubricant for challenging press work due to its superior lubrication and release performance. It is designed with high-purity micrographite and a proprietary binder system that delivers excellent dispersion stability, meaning a more uniform coating is formed, and there is a higher level of consistency for the operation and finished pieces. The high dilution ratio and lubrication result in less product consumption, improved surface finish on forged parts, fewer billets, less scrap and rework, longer die life, and improved overall production efficiencies. BONDERITE® L-FG F 31 ACHESON is effective across a wide temperature range and forms a film on hot dies up to 371°C (700°F).

Problems Solved
