RYOTO™ SUGAR ESTER S-470 is a versatile food-grade emulsifier and stabilizer widely used in the food and beverage industry due to its unique properties. It is produced via the esterification of sugar, typically sucrose, with fatty acids derived from vegetable oils. It possesses both hydrophilic and lipophilic properties, enabling it to effectively emulsify and stabilize oil–water mixtures.
