Nimit Mehta is an associate partner and a pricing leader in Bain’s Customer Strategy practices based in New York. Nimit has been advising, implementing, coaching, and learning B2B pricing for 15+ years across multiple industries like Chemicals & Industrials, MedTech, Distribution, Biopharma, and Technology.
Before joining Bain, Nimit served as head of marketing for BASF. He led successful innovation launches, customer growth strategies, and portfolio pricing. He also led a pricing Center of Excellence (CoE) to increase pricing maturity across multiple business units. Nimit also led a pricing strategy role for a medical device manufacturer Boston Scientific.

Dave is a Leader in Bain’s Chemicals Practice and Bain’s Commercial Excellence Practice. He is experienced in both commodity and specialty chemicals, especially in growth-led strategy. He has extensive experience with driving above market growth and margin expansion; particular focus on pricing, customer segmentation, targeting, salesforce effectiveness, and account management.
