WHAT DOES THIS MEAN FOR YOUR BUSINESS?
Starting October 3rd, 2022, ChemPoint will be handling the distribution and sales of Tulsion® ion exchange resins in the United States and Canada. As a valued customer of Tulsion® products, you can now start placing your purchase orders from Thermax ion exchange resins through ChemPoint. Over the upcoming months, you should see a decrease in lead times for made-to-stock products and an increase in the overall response and service levels.
HOW WILL THIS AFFECT YOUR PURCHASES?
The ChemPoint team will work directly with each customer to ensure any change in the order process is implemented smoothly. Moving forward, please list ChemPoint as the vendor when placing your upcoming purchase orders (POs) for Thermax ions exchange resins POs. This will ensure your orders are processed as quickly as possible.
HOW DO I GET THE INFORMATION I NEED TO SET UP CHEMPOINT AS A VENDOR?
Here is a Welcome Packet with all the information you might need for setting up ChemPoint as a vendor in your system. Here is also ChemPoint's most recent W9 Tax Certification for your reference. If your company is tax-exempt, please submit your tax exemption certificates to [email protected] The attached Uniform Sales & Use Tax Exemption/Resale Certificate can be used to claim the exemption in most states that ChemPoint has nexus in. Please be advised that ChemPoint has nexus in other unlisted states. If you are tax exempt in a state not listed on the Uniform certificate, please send us a copy of a tax certificate valid in your state. WE ONLY CONDUCT BUSINESS WITH VENDORS WHO ARE MEMBERS OF THE NACD. IS CHEMPOINT A MEMBER OF THE NACD?

WHERE DOES CHEMPOINT STOCK THERMAX MATERIALS?
ChemPoint will start with stocking Tulsion® products at our Rockford, IL warehouse. Other stocking locations may be added in the near future to facilitate purchases and accelerate the delivery of your orders.
