CF-W260 is a premium-quality cotton flocking additive and processing aid for applications across the automotive, textile, and industrial industries. Its white color provides a uniform appearance with an approximate fiber length of 600 microns and a fiber width of 10 to 25 microns.
CF-W260 is an advanced denim woven textile used as an additive and processing aid in flocking applications. Manufactured from 100% recycled cotton, obtained from scraps from cotton fabric processing, this flocking material offers superior sustainability, strength, and absorption, with a tensile strength of 120,000 psi and absorbing approximately 0.3 g of water per gram of cotton flock. CF-W260 is suitable for use in various flocking applications, including for welding electrodes, thermoset plastics, coatings, ceramics, construction, plastics, resins, molding compounds, rubbers, and more.
