Overview
CF-D190 is a "green" cotton textile fiber additive and processing aid produced sustainably from the cotton by-products of the textile industry. It provides excellent physical and chemical characteristics to various applications, including construction, coatings, ceramics, molding compounds, paper compounds, rubber, welding electrodes, and more. It exhibits excellent sound-dampening and non-abrasive properties, in addition to matrix reinforcing capabilities for increased stability. CF-D190 has a tensile strength up to 120,000 psi and is highly absorptive, absorbing approximately 0.3 g of water per gram of cotton flock.
