D200 is a colored cotton flock and functional fiber with an approximate fiber length of 350 microns and a fiber width of 10 to 25 microns. It can be used as an additive and processing aid for various industrial applications.
D200 is a textile woven flock made up of cotton fibers insoluble in acetone, DMF, or 40% NaOH. It imparts matrix reinforcing stability for enhancing a wide range of applications, including coatings, ceramics, construction, plastics, resins, molding compounds, rubbers, and more. As a sustainable "green" fiber, D200 is produced by JRS USA from textile by-products, making it a cost-effective option for manufacturers. D200 has a tensile strength up to 120,000 psi and is highly absorptive, absorbing approximately 0.3 g of water per gram of cotton flock.
