D220 is a premium-grade, dark blue-gray cotton textile flock from JRS USA engineered for use in automotives, textiles, construction, coatings, and industrial processes as a high-quality flocking material. Its dark blue-gray color offers a uniform appearance with a consistent fiber length of 600 microns and a fiber width of 10 to 25 microns. D220 has been sustainably produced using the "scraps" from cotton fabric processing, providing manufacturers with a cost-effective option. D220 offers high tensile strength of up to 120,000 psi and matrix reinforcing stability to ensure durable performance and long-lasting strength.
