Overview
BONDERITE® L-FG 151 ACHESON (previously known as DELTAGLAZE 51) is a dispersion of lead-free glass frit in water. This lubricant is designed for hot forging superalloys and stainless steel substrates at extremely high temperatures between 1850°F–2350°F (1010°C–1288°C). It provides superior lubrication to protect sensitive metal alloys and prevent degradation under high-heat exposure. BONDERITE® L-FG 151 ACHESON is supplied as a concentrate and may be diluted with water or used as is. Spraying is the recommended form of application, but dipping can also provide successful performance.
