Water-based forging lubricant with lead-free glass frit dispersion used for hot forging super alloys and stainless steels.
Bonderite® L-FG 151 Acheson (previously known as Acheson Deltaglaze 51) is a dispersion of glass frit in a water-based lubricant for hot forging applications.
Recommended for super alloys and stainless steel substrates being forged.

Freezing point: 32°F (0°C)
Shelf life: 12 months
Provides excellent surface finish.
Effective lubrication at extremely high temperatures up to 1850°-2350°F (1010°-1288°C).

Bonderite® L-FG 151 Acheson is supplied as a concentrate and may be diluted with water or used as is.
Spraying is the recommended form of application, but dipping can also provide successful performance.
