WPF-31 White Polyester Flock is a solid white polyester flock with a length of approximately 750 microns and a width of 20 to 30 microns. Designed by JRS USA for use as an additive and processing aid, it exhibits tensile strength up to 90,000 psi and thermal resistance up to 200°C.

WPF-31 White Polyester Flock is a functional woven textile fiber recommended for addition to construction materials, molding compounds, rubber, plastics, resins, seal coatings, resin bonded systems, and more. with a high melting point of 480°C and a tensile strength up to 90,000 psi, it imparts exceptional resistance properties, withstanding damage and degradation from UV, mildew, acid, abrasions, and harsh impacts. WPF-31 is insoluble in water, oil, acetone, and 75% sulfuric acid.
