Overview
Momentive CLS 8150 is a shore A 52 durometer, two-component, self-bonding liquid silicone rubber (LSR) that is biocompatible and offers bonding to a variety of substrates, such as glass-filled nylon, polysulfone, PBT, steel, and aluminum, without a bonding agent.
Momentive CLS 8150 two-component liquid silicone rubber is best for use in liquid injection molding processes to produce high high-performance biocompatible molded parts. CLS 8150 is transparent and can be easily pigmented. This Momentive LSR grade offers a convenient 1:1 mix ratio, increased tear strength, and fast curing time depending upon part size, configurations, and molding temperature.
