Overview
Silplus™ 40 MP is a peroxide- and heat-cured silicone rubber that provides a Shore A hardness of 40. Silplus™ MP products are versatile for easy processing across multiple manufacturing processes. Silplus™ 40 MP can be molded, extruded, or calendered to make a wide variety of parts with good mechanical properties. Silplus™ MP grades can be blended with each other to obtain intermediate durometers.
