Overview
Silopren™ LSR 4739 is a two-component, self-bonding silicone rubber material for injection molding applications. It offers primerless adhesion to polycarbonate (PC), polybutylene terephthalate (PBT), and copolyesters with a great bond strength that is reached immediately upon demolding. This self-bonding property of LSR 2749 makes it a cost-effective solution for multicomponent injection molding or insert molding. Silopren™ LSR 4739 is specifically designed for use in medical applications, since it is biocompatible and meets USP Class VI requirements.
