BONDERITE® High-Pressure Casting Solutions
Release Agents
BONDERITE® release agents for aluminum and magnesium die casting offer various benefits, such as high wetting temperatures and release properties to shorten cooling time, clean part surfaces for easier post-treatment processes, less buildup on dies, and high dilution ratios up to 250:1 to reduce product usage and the cost per part. Plunger Lubricant
Henkel's BONDERITE® L-CA CT 5 oil-based lubricant forms a coating film on plungers and sleeves to protect them from molten metal attack, extending equipment life and preventing unplanned maintenance.
Hot Spot Lubricant
