Overview
BONDERITE® L-FG ADAG C is a water-based colloidal dispersion of ultrafine graphite particles. When used in proper forging applications, the product acts as a die lubricant to provide excellent lubricity and release at temperatures as high as 2200°F. Its superior dispersion stability helps keep graphite particles in suspension for consistent application and performance. BONDERITE® L-FG ADAG C is widely used in other applications that desire a stable dispersion of graphite powder in water.

Problems Solved
Hot forging applications can struggle with sticking in the die due to poor lubrication. Additionally, traditional graphite lubricants may be prone to settling or separation in the concentrate. Without proper dispersion, the graphite will be applied unevenly on the die surface, resulting in inconsistent and poor performance.
