Overview
EPOLENE® E-20 is an oxidized polyethylene polymer with medium density and low molecular weight. It embodies exceptional hardness and low color and facilitates easy emulsification due to its low softening point and low viscosity. The short drying time, high gloss, and outstanding hardness of this wax make it the perfect polymer for fruit coatings and buffable floor polish. Its ability to help form smooth, even coatings ensures that citrus fruits retain their freshness and visual appeal longer, preventing water loss and reducing premature spoilage. Enhanced durability and slip properties also improve floor polishes, providing a high-performance protective layer that maintains luster and resistance against wear and tear. EPOLENE® E-20 is a great extrusion lubricant for fractional melt HDPE and clear, rigid PVC compounds.
