What do I do if my order is lost?

If your order is "delivered, not received", and was shipped on ChemPoint Freight, contact us as soon as possible at 425.372.1052. We will initiate and inquiry and work to resolve any immediate need you have. If the order was shipped via your chosen carrier or one selected via your logistic's provider, contact the carrier to initiate a trace. We will provide any needed collateral to assist you.
