What do I do if I receive the wrong product in my order?

When receiving in a shipment, be sure the material is checked against the BOL to ensure you are receiving what was ordered. If you find the material is not what you purchased, contact us immediately. If a discrepancy is discovered after the fact, be sure the material is quarantined and notify us as soon as possible. Any collateral, such as the BOL, packing list and photos of the labels on the material, can help us expedite the resolution.
