WHAT DOES THIS MEAN FOR YOUR BUSINESS?

Beginning on October 1st, 2019, ChemPoint will assist Grace in the distribution of Ludox®, Lithium Polysilicate, and Metakaolin packaged products in North America. As a Grace customer, you will see a decrease in lead times for made-to-stock products and an increase in service levels. As a valued customer, we want to ensure this is a seamless transition.

HOW WILL THIS AFFECT YOUR PURCHASES?

The ChemPoint team will work directly with each customer to ensure any change in the order process is implemented smoothly. Moving forward, please list ChemPoint as the vendor when placing POs with us. This will ensure your orders are processed as quickly as possible. If your company is tax-exempt, please submit your tax exemption certificates to [email protected]. The attached Uniform tax cert can be used to claim exemption in most states that Chempoint has nexus in.  Please be advised that ChemPoint has nexus in other unlisted states though. WE ONLY CONDUCT BUSINESS WITH VENDORS WHO ARE MEMBERS OF THE NACD. IS CHEMPOINT A MEMBER OF THE NACD?

Yes. ChemPoint is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Univar, and Univar is a member of the National Association of Chemical Distributors.

WHERE DOES CHEMPOINT STOCK THESE MATERIALS?

ChemPoint will be stocking the Ludox®, Lithium Polysilicate, and Metakaolin materials at our warehouse in Rockford, IL.

No, Grace will continue to manufacture products in the same locations and will continue to ensure the same standard packaging and accompanying documentation.
