Yestimun® Beta-Glucan is a high-quality (1,3)-(1,6)-β-D-glucam available in a fine, light beige, spray dried powder with no taste or odor. Naturally obtained from high-quality Brewers' Yeasts (Saccharomyces cervisiae), this beta-glucan fiber offers a very high-purity raw material is processed without the use of aggressive chemicals, maintaining its unique natural structrure. It is easily dispersible in dry or liquid formulations for functional food and food supplements, in addition to pharmaceutical and nutraceutical applications.
