Unilink® 1030
Unilink® 1030 is a reactive liquid zirconium chelate dissolved in reactive diol used as a proprietary polyurethane catalyst for polyurethane elastomer applications and color-critical formulations as it provides delayed open times and low water reactivity.
Unilink® 1030 is a polyurethane catalyst raw material and a reactive proprietary liquid zirconium chelate dissolved in a reactive diol. It provides various benefits for polyurethane elastomer applications, such as delayed open times in polyester polyol elastomers and reduced risk of residue formation. It is also suitable for color-critical formulations as it is low in color and has low water reactivity, making it selective toward gelling reactions. In these applications, its recommended application usage range is from 0.03 to 3.0 wt% in polyols, depending on the desired reaction time and application. It is compatible with a variety of fillers and provides superior mechanical properties and sharp viscosity increase similar to mercury.
