MOLYKOTE® 3179 Dilatant Compound is reminiscent of a certain not-so-serious putty. This coral-color silicone compound is frequently used in toys that bounce, snap, or stretch while presenting a resistance to slumping and sagging.
MOLYKOTE® 3179 Compound is engineered with a high-quality polymer that is malleable under low mechanical force but resists movement, flow, and sag at rest. MOLYKOTE® 3179 can be used to mold into squares, pyramids, and even small figurines and maintain their shape for weeks.
