F-MELT®Type C is a proprietary formulation of carbohydrates, disintegrants and inorganic ingredients, designed as a pre-mix for oral disintegrating tablets (ODTs). Ideal for heat-sensitive APIs, it allows easy tableting by simply blending active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) and lubricants.

F-MELT® Type C is a directly compressible excipient. Depending on the actives, ODTs can also be prepared through wet granulation with F-MELT® and suitable solvents.
The F-Melt® series can be combined with other Fuji products for optimal oil adsorption with additional fast-release properties ideal for specific uses.
