Product Description
Galactic Natamycin products are natural antifungal preparations produced by fermentation of Streptomyces natalensis. Available in multiple carrier formulations (sodium chloride, lactose, and dextrose), natamycin is highly effective at inhibiting yeasts and molds at very low concentrations. These products are widely used in dairy, bakery, meat, prepared meals, and sauces to prevent fungal spoilage and extend product shelf life while maintaining clean-label compliance.
