BONDERITE® Zinc Phosphate Metal Pre-Treatment

The BONDERITE® Zinc Phosphate Pre-Treatment Line contains a powerful portfolio of zinc phosphating agents that prepare metallic surfaces for a variety of cold forming operations. ChemPoint offers both the make-up and replenisher grades of the M-ZN line to maintain optimal chemistry within your phosphating equipment. The conversion coating process coats metallic surfaces with a crystalline structure containing zinc phosphate (Zn3(PO4)2). Zinc phosphate coatings provide corrosion resistance and promote high adhesion to the base metal surface. BONDERITE® zinc phosphates can be used on a variety of metals which include galvanized steel, zinc, zinc-coated steel, silver, tin and cadmium; are compatible with a wide range of solvent-based and water-based paints; and provide an excellent base to promote high lubricant adhesion and facilitate cold forming operations.
