KATHON™ CG is a safe, broad-spectrum, globally approved preservative for personal care rinse-off products. It is effective at low concentrations over a wide pH range and is compatible with a variety of surfactants and emulsifiers. It exhibits outstanding antimicrobial activity against gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria, molds, and yeasts and offers protection in a wide range of personal care products, including shampoos, body washes, and liquid soaps.
