INCI Methylisothiazolinone (and) Phenoxyethanol Neolone® PE is a broad-spectrum preservative system consisting of Methylisothiazolinone (MIT) and Phenoxyethanol, providing effective protection against bacterial and fungal contamination. It is designed for use in rinse-off personal care formulations, including shampoos, conditioners, body washes, shower gels, facial cleansers, and liquid hand soaps. Neolone® PE is also suitable for preserving cosmetic raw materials such as surfactants, rheology modifiers, silicone emulsions, and opacifiers, ensuring product integrity and stability across a wide range of applications. It's an effective alternative to formaldehyde releases and parabens.
