Alcryn® ALR-7083NAT melt-processable rubber reduces die drool due for high-output extrusion due to its special internal lubricant package.
Alcryn® ALR-7083NAT is still capable of being processed through injection molding techniques, however; this grade performs best for extrusion processes where reduced die drool is critical for thin-wall sections at higher output. Encompasses all the classic Alcryn® properties such as high flexibility, Shore A 61 hardness, ozone resistance, and compression set while offering smoother extrusion benefits and reduced maintenance downtime.
