Primary Chemistry:
Trichloroisocyanuric acid
ACL® 90 Plus, Extra Granular is a sodium salt of trichloroisocyanuric acid (trichlor). ACL® 90 Plus, has the highest available chlorine content of any solid oxidizer. ACL® 90 dissolves readily in water making it ideal for intermittent feed applications, single dose applications, along with continuous chlorination needs. ACL® 90' s granular form is particularly well suited when coupled with a feeder for larger applications. ACL® 90 is a trichloroisocyanuric acid (trichlor) which allows for greater chlorine content compared to dichloroisocyanuric acid (dichlor) materials. Due to ACL® 90 Plus's acid nature it is less compatible with alkaline ingredients in formulation.
