The formulation is a blend of avocado oil and sunflower lecithin delivered in an aerosol format for even, controlled coverage. Its high smoke point of approximately 500°F supports frying, grilling, and roasting without burning. The product is a clear yellow liquid with a bland odor and taste, and its low water content and water activity do not support microbial growth.
