Vegalene® High Heat is an easy-to-use, spray-on food release product recommended for cooking applications subjected to high temperatures. This specialized cooking spray is formulated with a blend of canola oil, sunflower oil, and medium-chain triglycerides, creating a protective oil layer that prevents food from adhering to cooking surfaces, such as utensils, grills, pots, pans, bowls, and chafing dishes . By creating a uniform, nonstick barrier on cooking equipment, Vegalene® High Heat also aids in protecting surfaces from scratches and heat damage, extending the usage life.
