BroShield^® is a range of brominated flame retardants that provides excellent performance at low loading levels with minimal effect on properties. This minimal loading property helps maintain the physical and mechanical properties of formulations. BroShield^® flame retardants provide high thermal stability, making them suitable for high-temperature applications, and certain grades offer good UV stability to prevent discoloration and degradation from sunlight exposure. Additionally, some BroShield^® flame retardant grades are nonblooming, meaning they do not migrate to the surface of the end product over time.
