ZELEC^® and MERPOL^® alcohol phosphates & ethoxylates are liquid surfactants used in plastic and elastomer manufacturing to improve mold release and pigment wetting.  In addition, ZELEC^® & MERPOL^® can be used as an anti-static additive in coatings or as an additive to metal working fluids to improve lubricity and corrosion protection.  When used in plastics manufacturing, surface appearance of the molded part is improved due to the reduction of surface defects caused by mold release.
