Tulsion® MB-115 BG
Tulsion® MB-115 BG is a mixed-bed ion exchange resin that is based on a cross-linked polystyrene copolymer. The ion exchange resin offers high capacity and stability over a wide temperature and pH range. This mixed-bed resin is used in the final polishing for ultra pure water production.
Tulsion® MB-115 BG is composed of strong acid cation resin and strong base anion resin that deionize and purify water in various water treatment and ion exchange applications.
Tulsion® MB-115 BG is a mixed-bed ion exchange resin used in the final polishing for ultra pure water production and demineralization applications. The resin is a blend of Tulsion® T-46 cation-exchange resin and Tulsion® A-33 anion-exchange resin in a 1:1.5 volume ratio. This ion exchanger has both anion and cation functional groups (sulfonic acid cations and quaternary ammonium anions) that promote the ion exchange process and remove unwanted anions and cations from water streams.
Tulsion® MB-115 BG is the perfect choice for electronic industry applications where ultra-pure water is required, such as semiconductors and television tubes. It also offers excellent water quality and longevity through many exhaustion and regeneration cycles. Tulsion® MB-115 BG is also used in water purification systems, including filtration cartridges, to provide spotless cleaning and prevent staining in window cleaning and car wash applications.
