ADCOTE™ 545 is the polyester component of a two-part, solvent-based laminating adhesive. When paired with COREACTANT F and fully cured, the ADCOTE™ 545 adhesive system exhibits high bond strength, optical clarity, and excellent heat and chemical resistance. This adhesive facilitates excellent adhesion to substrates, including cellophane, treated polyolefins, polyester, polyamide, aluminum foil, paper, metallized films, PVDC-coated materials, and the treated heat-sealable layers of coextrusions.

ADCOTE™ 545 is a durable adhesive that forms bonds with high strength in industrial and food packaging types of applications. It is ideal for creating laminates where exposure to high heat or chemicals is likely. In the case of industrial laminations, ADCOTE™ 545 is used to create cable wraps and flexible packaging for chemical ingredients. For food packaging, ADCOTE™ 545 is ideal for forming flexible packaging meant to contain condiments, coffee, and other hard-to-hold products.
