Overview
MOR-FREE™ 421 is an isocyanate used with the C-411 to create a 100% solids content laminating adhesive system. This adhesive system provides outstanding adhesion to high-slip films and can be used to laminate polyolefin films to nylon, aluminum, polyester, and other polyolefin films. MOR-FREE™ 421 forms an adhesive system that offers very fast bond development, where laminates can usually be processed within 4–8 hours after lamination. This allows for faster run speed and increased efficiency in terms of packaging laminate manufacturing. MOR-FREE™ 421 is FDA 21 CFR 175.105 compliant and, therefore, is commonly used in snack food packaging, frozen food packaging, and confectionery packaging applications.
