Overview
Coreactant CR-201 is a polyol coreactant designed to be used with PACACEL™ L75-200, forming the PACACEL™ L75-200/CR-201 adhesive, which is a 100% solids, polyurethane solventless laminating adhesive system. The PACACEL™ L75-200/CR-201 laminating adhesive has excellent adhesion to various films, including PET, aluminum oxide–coated films, and treated PP, PE, and coextruded polymer films. This adhesive system cures within 3 days at ambient temperature and can be further processed within 6 hours after coating. PACACEL™ L75-200/CR-201 complies with FDA 21 CFR 177.1395 conditions of use C–G and (EU) No 10/2011 regulatory approvals. This adhesive is ideal for meat and cheese, condiment, frozen food, and hot fill flexible packaging applications.
