Overview
BroShield® BPS-70HP is a high-purity brominated polystyrene flame retardant with non blooming characteristics. It is used extensively in engineering resins, polyesters, and polyamides. This organobromine compound offers inhibitory benefits when combustion occurs by hampering the propagation of flames. With its inherent flame retardant properties, this highly effective brominated polystyrene grade offers flow properties for molded engineering thermoplastics.
